It's an event between juniors of England, France, Belgium and the Netherlands, and will be held somewhere in Belgium on 16th-18th of December. It's up to the organisers if they want to broadcast their events through BBO. Maybe someone wants to encourage them. We have plenty to do as it is, so we don't have time to approach them.
