Finch
For most of the play I was going to make this, I was all set to take the winning line, and then... suddenly (but slowly)... I went off. 32 board KO IMPs match against opponents who are usually pretty solid (they do well in national events) but not real experts. [hv=d=n&v=b&n=skq4h8daqj9852c72&s=sa9863hkq872dck63]133|200|Scoring: IMP1♦ 2♣ 2♠ P3♠ P 4♠ all pass[/hv] LHO leads the queen of clubs to RHO's ace.RHO thinks for a while, then cashes the ace of hearts (you won't get a helpful signal on your left on this), and switches to the 7 of spades, 8, Jack, King. You have a sneaking suspicion that whatever RHO's hand is, cashing the ace of hearts was wrong. But does that help you deduce what his hand is? Plan the rest of the play. Rebound
The first thing I would do is lead the ♦ Q and throw a club on it.

Al_U_Card
Seems he might be x,Axx,Kxx,AJxxxx for his bid.
Finch
By the way, opponents do not play weak jump overcalls, they play intermediate (opening values, 6-card suit). So RHO hasn't got that.
PMetsch
I would draw another round of trumps with the queen. If spades break, then a club to the king and a club ruff (even if LHO ruffs the 3rd club I can always ruff a heart later). If LHO shows out on the second spade, then I play RHO for: ♠Txxx♥Axx♦-♣AJxxxx taking the spade finesse, draw trumps, cash the ♣K and throw LHO in with the 4th♥ to put me back in the dummy with a diamond (discard ♣). If RHO shows out on the second spade, then I play RHO for: ♠7♥Axx♦Kxx♣AJxxxx to be able to discard my ♥ and ♣loosers on the diamonds. So ♦A (discarding ♥), ♦Q (ruffed if covered). ♥KQ and a ♥ruff, ♦J (discarding ♣), ♣K and then trumps.
Fluffy
Need the trumps 3-2, I cannot see any line that wins if they aren't except J109 of ♥. So Maybe running the ♦Q is what I would ahd done. Also maybe I would had called director because of the ♥8 duplication.
