Gerben42
Sorry Ben, that's just advertisement. It rained when I was there too, but then they said well Santa Barbara does not count as "South" for Los Angelans. Yea right.

Winstonm
The Peoples Republic of California does not officially recognize the word: rain; instead, they use "heavy fog". Winston

Will you be starring in a movie any time soon? :P "Bridge(t) is my Passion" perhaps? Anyway, who cares about the title as long as you can have Renée Zellweger as your partner, at and away from the table? :P Roland

han
I once spent 3 weeks in Seattle during the winter and it didn't rain, what is the world coming to? I suspect that Ben is involved in the new James Bond movie, Casino Royale (?), I think that this is the book where James Bond cheats at bridge. helene_t
I once spent 3 weeks in Seattle during the winter and it didn't rain, what is the world coming to? It was beautiful weather when I was in Seattle as well. It was in the authumn. Lovely city, btw, would certainly consider it if I were to move to the U.S. My S-Plus-program says: "Tip of the day: Don't move to Seattle, it always rains and you won't like it". But I think it's meant to say something like "Feel at home, we fellow computer freaks are Microsoft bashers like you".
Walddk
There is no such thing as bad weather, there is something called bad clothing. Anyway, who cares about the weather when you have your back to the window? I blame it on Microsoft, BBO, etc., etc. B) Roland
