I lead the ten of clubs and duck it at trick 3. If they win I will just ruff 2 spades and finesse hearts twice. If opponents happen to be world champions and duck I will play diamond to the ace, spade ruff, CA, DK, diamond ruff, spade ruff, diamond ruff, HK, and lead a club to endplay them.

If he did, RHO will also have to be a world champion and underruff while you crossruff at some point to avoid getting endplayed by ruffing his partners club queen.
