DJNeill Posted October 17, 2005 Report Share Posted October 17, 2005 Hi all,1♣-1♦-2♣ is non-forcing, about 15-20.1♣-1♦-3♣ is stronger, and promises a long good suit, but is still not forcing.1♣-1♦-2♦ is the artificial GF, which can include the long club hand. All 18+ HCP hands open 1♣, which includes 5♦-(332) 18-19.
