Walddk
Well done indeed Alain! You did considerably better than most of us. Having said that, however, I would like to stress that the main purpose of participating, whether you are a panelist or not, is not necessarily to get the highest scores (I am sure Luis will agree ;)) but to exchange views and learn if you are so inclined. That's the whole idea of the BPO poll I hope. At least it is for me. Roland
mr1303
Mike Bell (MickyB) got a higher score than me?!? I demand a recount!! ;)
MickyB
Me too...40 points difference doesn't seem nearly enough ;)
Gerben42
Congratulations JokerGib! I agree with Roland that participating is more important than a high score. In the Bridge World the bidding panel discussion is usually the first thing I read in detail also, I find it very helpful. I would urge strongly against a recount BTW, I think the scores are fine as they are ;)

joker_gib
Thank you All ! And I totally agree with Roland, Gerben and others that the score is futile and that it is far more important to participate and exchange our different views ! This poll is really instructive, pleasant and friendly :) Alain

42
Were the highest scores also the winning actions at the table?
pclayton
On a few of the hands, your pard made a ridiculous call at one point, so the table result doesn't matter.
pigpenz
Were the highest scores also the winning actions at the table? Next month all questions will come from real life table experiences of Justin! ;)
inquiry
Were the highest scores also the winning actions at the table? Next month all questions will come from real life table experiences of Justin! ;) Pig, I am just curious, have I been replaced in making such decisions? Have you somehow magically become moderator? I only ask as this is the first I have heard of this. Seems a shame as I have some nice hands sent in already. Also, as moderator, I try to include a question that addresses "system" each time to help define BBO Advanced. As moderator, really, I think it should my decision, what question are used. I can be replace as moderator, I just don't know if you have the power to do so.
Walddk
Wasn't this said in jest with a ;) at the end? That's how I interpreted it. Roland

42
Dear ♦Ben♦, we ♥ you! You are great, having a word or idea for quasi every question or situation! Everybody here knows what you are doing for us all! I understood pigpenz' posting only as banter in Justin's direction.Caren
