Of course we can only give blame to South, we cannot expect north to freely bid here.

 

The auction has suddenly become very unpleasant for south. However, south still has 22 HCP's and 4-4 in the unbid suits so a second double seems straighrforward. North will bid 3H and then it is back to south.

After RHO's opening,the player who has 22hcps should keep(even force) their own biddings on,if the deal were not double dummy.

Yes. I think the best bid here the second time is 3C. Double really doesn't do much as it will not be converted. 3C gets the strength across and focuses attention on the red suits. At this point, I think North over 3C should jump to 4 with any 5-card red suit, regardless of points almost, and surely with a zero count 6-card suit he should jump.
