General Problems

Hi, that is problem not with BBO, but i like to share and search for help from everyone who can help me. Situation is next: I have computer with Windows 2000 Server, who had attack from hackers, who make Computer management User's List to be hidden. Users still exist but they can't be controled as change passowrd and removed. You could only enter new one using Security Options about rules who to own modify and etc things over folders or files. If u forgot probably password of some user, he practical is gone for system, administrator can't change becouse he can't see it in list with these options.

I'll read forum also but some information could not be wrote here so there is many way if someone want to help.
