Thanks for your reply. Cleared up a couple of things :-) I am not certain that I know what you mean, but try clicking the "BBO Now" button at the top of the screen. If this doesn't do what you are looking for, please clarify what it is you are looking for. No, this I suspect does what I'm looking for. It's just well squirreled away and as most people use the windows client no-one I asked online so far knew of it :-) For this to work you need to have a Unicode version of the Arial font installed on your system. I was under the impression that all recent Windows machines come with such a font preinstalled. This is not a Firefox issue - for me it works under both Firefox and Internet Explorer on both Windows 7 and Windows XP. That might explain it, though it remains annoying. My windows version is somewhat elderly (2000) and even my Linux is a bit long in the tooth, though assuming any font there strikes me as optimistic :-). Ideally these symbols could be translated to 'hcds' as a user option (or automatically if you can detect that Arial isn't available, though I appreciate that may not be possible). There were some problems with this in the past, but I thought that they had been fixed. If you are at a table in a club, you should be able to send and receive chat->club. If you are looking at a table list of a club, you can send chat->club but I don't think you can receive it. No, this now appears to be working as expected. I'd presumably not tested it since the latest client version was released. Thanks again.
