  1. Wow this worked! Played a robot blitz and some casual hand and none of the problems appeared again. Does it mean one should always have some BB$ in one's account to avoid those strange behaviours? Seems funny, though. :) Thank you Farid
  2. Version 4.0.3 almost unplayable on iPad with iOS 10: buttons freeze and don't react, screensize changes constantly, sometimes you can't even log out anymore. Sorry to say it but it's a real mess! Cheers Farid Mezaber Milan
  3. Same problems here with version 4.0.3 ! Cheers
  4. I confirm, same issues here on iPad with BBO Mobile version 4.0.3 - it's a total mess: buttons not working, screen size changes, ads cover gameplay etc. Never had these problems with the old versions, what is going wrong? Cheers from Milano Farid
  5. Quote everything - really a great job, every announced feature works perfectly on my iPad.Looking forward to v. 3.2 :) Ciao Farid
  6. A huge thank you for this! As pointed out by others there is still way to go to arrive at the level of the browser version but what you have done so far is really a great job. After all we all have been waiting so long for this mobile version, we will wait patiently for every improvement to come in the future :) Played about 30 hands this morning on my iPad and really enjoyed. Saluti da Milano Farid
  7. Don't worry too much of your p's "disgust", happens to meet badly educated players in bbo - fortunately you find much more gentle people to play with :) As the others pointed out, X is a call which strongly depends on partnership agreements, imho there are no standards to treat them, though sometimes you catch the meaning using your logic. I also agree that with your cards I'd not have passed twice: if X in the second round or 1♠ again depends mostly on partnership agreements, without them I think 1♠ works fine anyway. Cheers Farid
  8. Agree. Confirms fit, shows ♣control (or, if you play them, even is a splinter) and you go on cue-bidding up the line. Cheers Farid
  9. I did not know at all this 'open source aspect' of the BBO software, this is marvelous! Thank you for this hint! From what I've read on the documentation pages I think it will be enough to create a web viewer inside the Mac application and it's done. I'll do some testing during the weekend :) Thanks again Farid
  10. I have been scribbling these days on a LIN parser for Mac OS X. At the actual state it just reads the downloaded LIN files and displays the hands. I'd love to put in some animation to show the card play but I don't have much time and not being a professional programmer everything takes twice the time. If there is some interest I'll keep you updated for the "Beta release" :) Cheers from Milan Farid
