I wish to sugest that BBO should not accept new member registrations unless the applicant completes details of the system they play on their profile. I find it stagering the amount of members in all rooms that have not entered any details in their user profiles. There have been many occasions when I have entered a game, my partner has no profile information at alll & sometimes when I ask them I get no reply, so have to leave the table, as it is impossible to play with someone under these circumstances.
