For all of you experts out there... Have been trying to set up some bidding tables, to help some students. WHen i try to constrain suits (actually trying to set up Jacoby 2nt and responses)--it either doesn't follow the constraints OR it gives me an error message. I emailed BBO, they gave me some instructions (I'll include below) and they don't seem to help. I even tried different browsers. Thanks in advance-- FROM BBO-- Constraints To do this click on Practice > start a teaching table or a bidding table Then click on the triple bars (≡) and go to Deal source > random deals. Now click on the + sign in Constraint Sets Select who will be the dealer and the total HCP for N/S (e.i. Min 28 - Max 36) You can also define the distribution , clicking on Constraints and assign for South min 11 pts max 28 HCP and number of cards in spades, hearts, etc Then click on Constraint 2 and select North Min 8 pts max 12 pts - number of spades, hearts, etc min 2 max 2 Then close the Deal Source pop-up and click on Redeal . Please note that a recent Chrome upgrade broke something with the Deal Source menu. Please use a different browser until we figure it out and fix.
