Since recently joining BBO, I have noticed that many people resort to table talk during their bidding. As a long time player, this practice has, to me, always been forbidden. I believe this could and should be verboten on line as well, and could be stopped if no one could play without a profile. Many players don't even provide their level of play and many more don't state their system of play. This seems to be a basic courtesy at the bridge table. And bridge has the reputation of being a very civilized game!
