Please, where can I find instructions on how to use the Alert system during bidding? I sometimes see an explanation of an alert on screen; is that generated automatically or would I be required to type an explanation at time of alerting - and how?

Thank you; what a service! I will continue to try to download. but at the moment do not seem to be able to override the firewall. - even when I switch it OFF the download is rejected. I will keep trying. By the way my version of BBO is 5.0.3 is that reasonably up-to-date? Thanks again

BBO is offerring a software update when I enter the site; my firewall rejects the file irsetup.exe as generic spyware. Should I override the firewall, or is the file coming from a source other than BBO?
