When I signed up my pard, i went to his house with my laptop and signed in to his internet. We sat at the same table, opposite each other so we were unable to see each others screen. As he had questions before the game I showed him how to chat and toggle and such. It was very helpful being there playing together. I will admit a few times as I figured out a finesse or such that I would out loud mouth got you now succer, and pard would laugh. But it was already known from points or bidding, and was funny for us both. We are trying to be competitive to compete in sectionals and regionals where there is no cheating allowed, technically, so why would I want to start off by cheating? It helps afterwards for a few quick words like don't lead that way, or should have bid this way or that and is much quicker than typing it out? I think more should play together that way and get talking how to improve after the hand instead of wasting time typing it. Seeing positives on scores helps me to feel good, or to see bad score to see how to improve it. I have no need to cheat, for I only cheat myself. I agree if you suspect it, cannot hurt to report it. If enough do then all logs and private messsages can be reviewed for possible cheats. Thanks BBO for a great site, and all your hosts have been very helpful, especially the 2 times I reported abuse they said it was taken care of. I am happy, and think the best of all my opos unless shown different. If I kibitzed and saw the hand and joined I tell them. Period! Don't worry be happy!
