  1. We have tried using the GIBs on the Windows-client version (in the Partnership Bidding section). After selecting GIBs, when we attempt to select where the GIBs will "sit", it only shows North/South. The East and West seats are grayed out. We have never been able to get the GIBs into our practice session. However, I was able to find the "bidding" option after starting a new table (web-client version), and I think this is exactly what we want. Many thanks for the suggestions.
  2. My partner and I have used the web-client once so far. What we don't like is that we are playing in the main area and therefore cannot chat back and forth when we practice. Also, we don't want to play the hands, just practice our bidding. And finally, the UNDO and CLAIM buttons were always grayed. Isn't there a Partnership Bidding section on the web-client where we could just practice our bidding using GIBs as opponents??????? And if not, why can't we practice on the Windows-client version using GIBs????
  3. OK, as it turns out, I am NOT using the web version. I have now logged in to the web version but cannot find a "Partnership Bidding" area. Does it not exist? If not, do I simply start a table in the main section and set it up for just me and my partner along with robots for East/West???
  4. I thought I was using the web version of BBO!!! When I start a new table and click on Opponents Bidding, only the North/South boxes are available to select (East/West are grayed out). And, this is after I reserve North and South for me and my partner.
  5. My partner and I practice a lot in the Partnership Bidding section. We would like to have "opponents" to practice bidding against and believe that GIB would allow us to do that. However, I have purchased a robot rental and when I go back to Partnership Bidding and set up the table, I am unable to get the robot(s) to sit east/west while my partner and I sit north/south. Am I missing something here??? I thought I read in the HELP documentation that I could use the GIB (robot) in Partnership Bidding. Did I read that wrong? HELP!!!!
