It happens often enough that it is embarrassing. I think that it is someone else's lead or someone else's turn to bid. But everyone is waiting for me! The only indicator is the color of your name, and if your cursor happens to be over your name then the color change is almost unnoticeable. Also it is not always obvious that you will be playing the hand. Every once in a while I think my partner will be playing the hand,(declaring) so I leave the room to get a snack and come back to find out that everyone has been waiting for me. This is a little more difficult to indicate because we are waiting on the lead, not on me. My suggestion is to use the center area of the display to show a big arrow or something to show who is declarer, and then your name should blink if everyone has been waiting for you for more than 10 - 15 seconds. The blinking will be noticeable from a distance. It should only ever blink your own name, never blink other peoples names, even if you are waiting for them. As an alternative to the arrow, you could just display "YOU ARE (A) DUMMY" in big letters when you partner is the declarer. (Maybe the arrow is less offensive) :) As an alternative to blinking just display the text "YOUR LEAD" after 10 - 15 seconds. This is a great product overall, perhaps a little slow but quite good.
