  1. Me and my partner is thinking about playing a multi-like 1NT-opening, which shows either 15-17 balanced or a 6-card minor with 6-10 hcp. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this kind of opening, and has any good tips for responses. We were thinking something along the line of: Pass= 0-7hcp 2♣= P/c or stayman 2♦= forcing or gameforcing stayman 2♥= 0-7 hcp 5+♥ 2♠= 0-7 hcp 5+♠ 2NT= 8-10 without 4+ major So.. Any tips and suggestions??
  2. Hi I´m a quite new but dedicated bridge player (played for about a year and a half) from Sweden who is i dire need of a new partner, who is willing to play often and learn many new things. You who are interested and wants to know more about me should send me an e-mail at kennyn11@hotmail.com. My skill-level is intermediate, i read a lot of bridge-books and learn fast. I need you to try my theories in practice. you dont need to know more than me and if you know less i´ll help you out, I just dont want you to be totaly new, as some of the things i want to try will be pretty advanced (as the precision club with Italian questionbids for exampel). the system i mostly play is the Swedish Modern Standard, but i also know the basics for Acol and SAYC. I play at BBO under the name "kenta89" My e-mail again: kennyn11@hotmail.com waitin to hear from ya^^ Kenny
  3. first of all, a 3NT bid when p could be blank seemes not a very smart option.. it is better to double and see the reply you get.. even if it is just a show of spade lenght... cause if you p says something else then 2♠, you would not want to play 3NT.. and if he does, you bid 3 NT, and he´ll know to pass.. i would say that filosofi answears most of the questions, or did i miss someone?^^
