  1. losing connection ? tell me about it. Since march 95% of the time I get "logouted" after completing a tourney. By "logout" I mean I get a ridiculous screen which freezes the program BTW my logout button does not work. Tired of reporting it and no not my issue, theirs, I have an excellent internet connection and new computer. Finally "support/help" has admitted it is not only I with this issue but "just a few". I guess we don't count. Oh well, c'est la vie.
  2. Several months ago I started getting similar problems which continue to this day. In March I requested help from support sent list of issues with screen shot and was told no one else had such issues – must be my internet etc etc = i.e not their problem. So I wrote again last week sending screen shots as well- no reply. Now I see I am not the only one on BBO with these issues, and today the internal error started appearing. At least the infernal blue box telling me I am about to be logged out even while in the middle of a tourney has stopped appearing. At least I have company!
