  1. I agree - a robot table would be interesting.
  2. I agree. I may be off looking at something else, despite any rules, while my action is required. Please add a sound for Claims and claim denials.
  3. Substitutes don't seem to be held to same TCR requirement. Sub more! (10x at least )
  4. On invites in V2, one could put in a message to the asker. Alas, no more. Bring it back!
  5. Sometimes i find I am 1 board or 2 or 3! into a new round before I notice. Please make a distinctive noise when we have new opps. Then we can greet and announce our systems.
  6. FWIW, with BBOalert, always turn on "confirm bid". While you can do lots of setup, if you usually play the same system, alerts will accumulate over time and be self-correcting.
  7. The ACBL provides this at IRL games. Why not BBO?
  8. And, ideally, something like: "Scheduled finish 1824" based on boards remaining for the substituted player & time/board. This avoids the sub having to do calculations. Also, no replacements should be made when BBO knows the sub is scheduled to start a tourney before the scheduled finish! (Plus 5 minutes if unclocked)
  9. When TDing & I have to choose a replacement, I usually try to find someone who will be able to speak with their new partner. One way to do this is to choose the same country. (Yes, Switzerland has 3 languages and India has 1024...) Could BBO not automate this in Substitute-Any or in the list for Substitute-select? Or even better, let players indicate which languages they speak by checkboxes on a profile tab and sort by language and failing a match, from the same language family.
  10. Real life pair tourneys often provide, afterwards, a record of the deals and a box showing the max double dummy results for all suits for both pairs. e.g. NS - 1n 2s EW - 2h 3d Could we not have this in the history panel for a deal?
  11. Perhaps keeping the masks on can prevent those. I think many will use.
  12. Also a sound when a claim is denied. I often look away after claiming while opps ponder.
  13. To make important cards stand out, please have Aces and face cards show faces! The pictures will always be in the cache, so little extra bandwidth needed. It will make BBO more attractive. You should plan for 4K displays.
  14. You can have different Convention Cards with each Partner.
