I am using a laptop with Windows 10, and I am very non techie!! Today I pulled out the wrong card, got a really bad score. I would rather the cards were horizontal, not N-S as in magazines etc.

Cards are set Spades downwards to clubs and do not change as they used to. Whether I am in NT or a suit they stay the same. I like my trunps on the left.

Is this new set up with the hands as Spades, hearts, diamonds and clubs permanent? I hate not having my trumps on the left, and I wish there was a ping when it's your turn to play. Some people take so long to bid/play and you look away for a second and find you should be bidding/playing. I am not happy with this new set up, it has taken all the pleasure out of BBO for me. Just hope it is temporary.

Three days now, I have had problems being booted from acbl tourneys. today 3 tourneys in a row where I was booted and couldn't get back in, as TD was so busy trying to calm everyone else. As I only play in ACBL tourneys, I shall find something else to do and call in occasionall to find out if BBO is functioning properly. I know its not me as half the field is usually red when I am booted. My Internet is working perfectly well. I hope you get it working soon as I am an ADDICT!!!
