  1. i really don't like that team game will be closed after 2 plyers withdraw. when you play random ream match, many pepole withdraw if they get a bad scores or misunderstand. I think let the host decide to how to do is better.
  2. Far from expert, sample bridge is good. But basic agreements is need. Opp preemtive at 4 level, my overcall structure as below: 1) suit overcall is nature. 2) take out double through 4♥. 3) penalty double after 4 ♠. 4) 4N nature overcall after 4 minors. Do i miss anything or make a mistake ? More diffcult is opp's suit is Majors. 5) what means is 4N after 4♥ ? minors or nature ? 6) Do u think 4N after 4♠ is take out ? 7) 4♥ ( db ) 4♠ ( P ) 5♣: Is 5♣ cue bid ? just asked to pass or correct to 5♦? 8) 4♠ ( 4N ) Pass ( 5♣ ) P ( 5♦ ): Is 5♦ cue bid ? just asked to pass or correct to 5♥?
  3. Hi. Do u use a direct western cue bid after opp's 2Major preemptive open bid ? In this bidding sequences: 2♠ ( 3♠* ) Pass ( ?? ) The 3S bid ask to partner bid 3notrump with a stopper, usually has a minor suit. The advancer will very happy when he has one stopper and weak or medium hand. If his hand is very weak and without stopper, i think he can bid 4♣ ask the interferer pass or correct. How to slam try when advancer with a real strong hand too( with or without stopper ) ? How to game try when advancer with medium hand without stopper? The advancer does not know interferer's suit. Thanks very much.
  4. Hi. very thanks for your help. I don't think anyone was rude. About wolff, i think i can modify 3 other major after 3 diamonds as something else, such as cue( open suit fit well ). and i will give up any partsores contracts of club. About transfers, i like to use in such sequence: 1♥-1♠-2nt-?. Would u give me some advice? Bridge is so diffcult, with your help, i will never give up. :)
  5. Hi, Does anyone like to Wolff sign-offs after 2NT rebid? I have some questions about it . The most diffcult is ♣ suit. 1. In this sequence: 1♣ - 1♠ - 2NT - 4♣ Is 4♣ Gerber ? 2. In this sequence: 1♣ - 1♠ - 2NT - 3♣ - 3♦ - 4♣ Someone told me 4♣ is sign-offs. So it's very diffcult if i have a real slam hand.At first, i can't use minor RKCB now, 4N is danger when my trump is ♣. It is worse i don't know how to let my partner know what i want to do. 3nt is mild slam try, he maybe pass. should i start to cue @ 4 level ? 3. In this sequence: 1♣ - 1♠ - 2NT - 3♣ - 3♦ - 3♥ Someone says bid the other major after 3♦ means the other minor slam try.I don't think i will bid 1♠ first when i have stronger ♦suit and sound hand. i like to ask the openner pass or correct to 3♠.But: 1♣ - 1♥ - 2NT - 3♣ - 3♦ - 3♠ What is 3♠ ? Bridge is too diffclut for me. :)
  6. After 2NT openned, if simple stayman used, There is a bidding sequence: 2NT-3C-3H-?? , We can bid 3S as slam try. But if puppet stayman used, the sequence should be: 2NT-3C-3D*-3S*-4H-??. Now, how to try? I think i would just bid "4 Diamonds", It's nothing about diamond. Am i right? If the responder has both Major suit, the sequence is: 2NT-3C-3D*-??. Now,what is 4C means ? Thanks very much for answer.
