I guess FP systems are OK IF (and ONLY IF) the opps have had a chance as a pair to discuss HOW to deal with them :- I agree that two pairs playing FP would have some interesting auctions though ;D

If you open with 10 points quite a lot I think you should alert the fact (ONLY my opinion :)

against weak NT (ie Acol 12-14) we play Cappelletti - with 4/4 suits ONLY if NON VUL). Seems to work ok for us :) SO X shows 15+ 2C = single suiter ( at LEAST 6 carder) 2D= majors 2H + H + minor 2S = S + minor 2NT = minors

I too use revolving discards :) (have done for about 25 years) and fing they work well. Since playing a lot online I can also use Lavinthal discards (ALMOST the same) so can't see the reason to attempt to confuse myself with yet another system ::)
