In learning SAYC, I have come across a lot of different meanings for a cue-bid of opps suit - Michael's, strength, limit raise, stayman after a NT opening, asking for stopper (3 level when opps have bid one suit), and showing stopper when opps have bid 2 suits Could someone elaborate both the standard SAYC meanings of cue-bids and also any common uses that I may run into playing against beginning/intermediate players?
