That the "Private" definition be banned from the Profile

I ask for information about a bid and am told "No information available". What's the point of this. I am entitled to information and am denied. This is denial of a basic right. Why give the other player that right to deny. it flies in the face of individual rights and makes no sense. It does irritate, though Why, also, give the individuals the right to describe themselves as "Private"? This seems to me to be a masquerade
