Can someone explain the responses to Multi 2 diamond opening bid (6 spades or hearts) 7-10 HCP. and opener's rebid? Also I learned opening bid of 2 H =5hearts + 5 of one of the minors 7-10 HCP 2S= 5 Spades +5 of any other suit 7-10 HCP . I don't see many people using this. What is it called and what are the response. Thanks

I play 2 nt 21-22 points . I had 20 points and balanced hand with 4 D . I bid 1 D then 3 passes. How do I show my partner i have points on opening bid? Do most people bid 2nt with less points?

I am a bit confused about over calling.For example if opener bids 2D and my partner overcalls 2 S . how many points and spades does this show. If my partner overbids on the second or third level after a 2 opening bid, how many cards does this show? and how many points. How do I respond? Thanks Help!!

I opened with 1 H . LHO bid 1S / My partner bid 3D. My RHO then bid 3S. Please explain the bidding. What does My partner's 3D mean. Hoe many D and points? I thought it meant 6-10 points and 7 points. What does opponents 3S mean. I had only 1 D so after 3 S I passed . On the next round my parner bid 4 D . I then bid 5 D. The contract was 5 D and we went down 1. I had 5 H,2S, 5 C AND 1 D . When the hand were revealed I saw my partner had 8 D and 7HCP. Shouldn't she have bid 4 D directly after 3S instead of 3D Thanks

Opponent passed and my partner then bid 2S. What does this mean when he passed twice? How should i bid? When we opened the hand he had 4 S and only 3 points
