I had same problem last 2 hours. I am from Israel & my internet was ok

When I log in I can't see all my friends that are online. They can see me online but I do not see them. If one of my online friends chats with me then I can see him in the lower CHAT area. My friend is well defined as friend and no speeling mistake. Did some of you faced such a problem ? to me it looks like bug in the SW program of BBO. Missed to add that my friend is not logged in as invisible... moreover others can see him
