    I have same problem, we are small NBO (Slovenia), we don't have agreement, i am the only one having rights to create tournaments. i am struggling for full corona time with free tournaments. Now I am stuck. Virtual club would solve lots of problems. ... and no answer from support@. at least open new mail like business@ :)
