Several useful search and sort capabilities are available, over the entire archive or the current file. The BBO viewer can be launched from the program, and if installed on your computer, Deep Finesse can be launched from the program also. The result of the analysis is archived also, saving those precious moments (hours?) of re-running the analysis engine.
