It is sad to hear about the bad behavior you describe. I have been playing on BB for several months now and have never encountered anything but sweetness and light :;) All the players have been courteous, interesting, witty; and pretty good players too. I also never had any bad experiences on OKbridge or twice a slight grump but nothing remotely offensive. I write to cheer you up! And thanks for protecting us from the scum - they are only a tiny minority.
