  1. The Bridge Winners CC editor prints nicely in Chrome and IE now and looks very much like an ACBL card. We changed the font to Arial Narrow (missing on some vista systems, see our help section if that is a problem for you)
  2. Sounds interesting but could you lower it to 20 posts? So we can participate? And 10 hands is more than enough.
  3. OK Eugene the save buttons are clearly marked now "save and overwrite" and "save a new copy" Delete is on the way also .... I have created a discussion group over at Bridge Winners for all things ACE so please give us your feedback there http://bridgewinners.com/index.php?option=...wgroup&Itemid=3
  4. These are GREAT suggestions ... keep them coming The card now overwrites (there is a "make a copy" button at the bottom if you want to work on a new copy) the NT ranges now center more coming soon like delete ... and social media stuff (a future)
  5. Delete coming soon. Also perhaps a box at bottom to either make new or overwrite with overwrite the default? Thanks so much for the useful feedback
  6. Thanks Eugene for your thoughtful and careful comments. This is the kind of feedback we were looking for... There will be more versions to come :) will let you know when the next version is out
  7. I see I missaw the post - yes it is designed to be acceptable for ACBL events thus no removal of checkboxes There are lots of places to add text. A convention card is designed to be a summary of your system. If you need more space, keep system notes! The opponents do not need so much detail on the card
  8. There is a blank card but you have to be a member (free) to see it. Since you need to be a member to create and save cards. We could change that I suppose. Checkboxes work fine for everyone else - what browser and operating system do you have? I will look at importing the BBO card ...
  9. Yes the profile pic upload is not yet working, should be fixed by Friday midday. Suit symbols !C !D etc in ACE (ACBL Card Editor) do convert for the print page (click printer icon next to your saved card). They will also convert for aritcles and comments soon ... just need to figure out the bug in my plugin :D Thanks for checking it out. Feedback is very useful.
  10. We just launched a new Bridge web site that includes an online ACBL card editor - check it out BridgeWinners.com Feedback appreciated.
  11. Many of the lin and resulting pbn files are incomplete due to connectivity problems. Anyone who was watching and can fill in the blanks please let us (me or jan) know! Better yet if you could edit the pbn files and send them along ... (and maybe post here that you are doing that segment so no one else does it too) the full play and hand record as we have them can be seen by clicking on the score cards which you can get to from the bracket sheets: http://usbf.org/index.php?option=com_vugraphs&event=USBC2007 http://usbf.org/index.php?option=com_vugra...event=USWBC2007 all the pbn files I created are in these 2 areas: http://usbf.org/vugraphs/USBC2007/pbns/ http://usbf.org/vugraphs/USWBC2007/pbns/ the tool used to convert lins to pbns can be downloaded from here (in case you want to convert your copy of the lin file): http://kittycooper.com/Bridge/modules.php?...wdownload&cid=9
  12. Thank you Denis!!!! Segment 1 hand records and scores are now posted at the USBF web site Dave - There are two Python programs. One for LIN to PBN and the other does PBN to HTML The LIN to PBN is freeware written by my son Paul Bethe and can be downloaded from my Bridge site at http://kittycooper.com/Bridge/modules.php?name=Downloads - it is an improvement on other converters in that the alerts are transfered over and the correct PBN format is produced. The second pass that makes the HTML files and score files is a program I wrote myself. Currently only works on a PC, then gets uploaded. I need to make it more automated, runable on a website by a USBF admin. Since I do this for a living, not free. Sorry. But I might consider making it available inexpensively to worthy organizations. My son actually uses it to look at his sessions online - he says it works fine with one table. So perhaps I should package it up and make it available. But I have been too busy with well paying work ... - Kitty
  13. Can you all post the correct LIN file? Else could someone send me one so we can do our LIN to html conversion for the USBF ?
  14. The USBF has published what there was of the Reisinger vugraph on its web site http://usbf.org/ (see side box called web vugraphs) Thanks to Jan Martel we got player names into the PBN files and our HTML display format - Kitty
