the new convention cards are excellent where can I find procedures for editing an existing card help would be appreciated

I am getting a popup error when I log into bbo. The error message says I cannot log on without having a dispaly setting of 600*800 and suggests going to settings, control panel, display and settings. When I take these steps and apply the reset the values, and try to log on to bbo, I get the same error message. I have deleted and reloaded both the bboprogram and the bbo instaler. any suggestions? please - cannot play with out a workable program
