Wow, thank you for explaining. First, i can't guess what players are telling private to each other or even at table( if i'm not there) and if they don't report, the rude ones can continue to be rude. Second, please don't talk about " failure to manage behaviour"; you have NEVER played when i was td and i bet you never reported a rude behaviour to a SKY CLUB TD and he didn't act. You make me think you like to talk a lot, give unasked and unnecessary advices. And by the way, my post was about the button "substitutes" to ANY tourney, in SUGGESTIONS ABOUT SOFTWARE, try to remember that. Rudeness might happen in any club, but for that we have penalty list. Anyway don't worry, i will always find substitutes. I was just saying that td's work is delayed not imposible to be done. Thank you anyway

Hello, i would really apreciate if sometimes you will help as substitute, but of course if you are available(at computer, not playing something else). We really apreciate substitutes and they are also awarded if they win. I am TD in SKY CLUB :)

Hello, those who click on " SUBSTITUTE" to all tournaments delay a lot the td's work. There are so many who click on that button, register as sub TO ALL TOURNAMENTS and as td when I try to take a subtitute, i have to wait MANY players to refuse each of them 3 times to be substitute, till i find one who really is available and willing to be a substitute.Like we don't already make hundreds of unneccessary clicks when TDing. I really don't understand why this button even exists. When a player wishes to be subsitute in a tournament, he should be able to register in that tournament, not in all the other tournaments

Hello, the prizes in win club are really given and not " apparently" Many players are offline, others change their mind and join other tourneys. Why don't you check other individuals and see what happens? Many offline registrations happen often in absolutely ALL individuals. I am sorry for that canceled tourney, but the club can't offer awards for 2 players when less than 8 players (when more tables 3 awards posible but that is not the case of 2 tables). About delaying the start, not only the individual ones delay start, just check private pairs and see. It is even often announced in lobby.."we will delay the start, because we wait more pairs to register". There are so many choices in bbo, everyone can join what he/she likes..with/without start delay

True, there is much more, but if we see some important improvements, we can hope that the others will be done also, as soon as posible.

I have seen that the upgrade was just about the design and i don't think many complained about the design. Talking from a TD point of view we need these improvements : 1. a refresh button at pending tourneys - now there is a delay up to 4 minutes 2. a refresh button at friends list ( now i often see a friend 2 times and others not at all, even if they are online and chatting with me) 3. more friendly, easier and most of all faster to do adjustments 4 . Remove the subtitutes button for all tourneys - this one delays a lot Tds work ( many register as sub in all tourneys and they reject all of them minus one if not reject all of them. 5. Bubbles notifiying a friend coming online should last more than 2-3 seconds and put them one over another not to climb like on stairs 6. we dont need to receive any message under director calls when a player is back. BBo freezes when many calls, if you are doing an adjustment and you have SHOW TABLES open.You have to log off and restart what you were doing. At next upgrade we need to see the difference and not in design.
