I dont get an error message. All the instant tournament buttons are frozen but I can acces speedball club games etc

I see the instant tournament button but when I push it no response like it is dead not error or check back nothing

I started playing instant tournaments in december. The last several weeks i can not access them on my computer. I can access on my phone. I wrote bbo support and it was not helpful. They assumed i couldn't access bbo. I can can play club games bbo games just not instant tournament. I thought maybe there was a max number per month but now it is a new month and I still can't access.c any ideas?
