When I log in with V3, I can see friends playing in the Total Points Club. When I click on Casual, they all disappear. When I scroll to the Total Points Club, there are no tables. This has been this way for months. About a week ago, I mentioned this to support at BBO and also mentioned that the WP Refugee Club seemed to work fine in V3. Since then there has been no difference in the Total Points Club, but at the WP Refugee Club, which had a fairly constant play, at least at my active times, no longer has any activity in V3 or the previous version, (current release 7).

Seems like a method to allow public clubs to exclude enemies from their club as TDs can ban enemies from a tournament would work.

It's always nice when a pair reaches the par contract. Well done and good luck in the play.

While I am loath to criticize a free feature, (I am big on free!), are you aware that these tourneys seem to allow players not online to hold a place, causing tourneys with sitouts?

I think a desk,(club) where players who would like to play in a team match could register would be useful.

I was considering how to have a team tourney in the Tourney section of BBO as opposed to in the Team Match area. As it seem that players or pairs are seeded into tourney slot randomly, the best way I can think of doing it would be to have (40 or so) volunteers populate a tourney, and not bid. Then the real players would sign on as substitutes, and replace the volunteers according to a list communicated to the TD, (at a table as the Total Points Club does). The tourney itself would just be a multi-board one round affair. The only real hard part would be to get the volunteers not to bid, but a solution that may be possible would be for BBO to authorize a TD to have multiple presences so the TD could enter alter egos into the tourney and substitute them out.

On the alert with "no info available", I would suppose the reason it was alerted for you was that your partner questioned it. The way I read your complaint, it seems that part of your objection was the fact it was alerted without info.

Apparently foxwhiz is being prevented from having more than one tourney on the calendar at a time. I enjoy playing in his tourneys, and would like to see him allowed to follow his past practices.

I get lots of email that looks like it is from PayPal, and I forward it to: spoof@paypal.com and they email me back that it was indeed not from them. I suppose if I ever get a real one, they would tell me that,....but I mignt not believe them.

If you open the movie for Board 14, you see that S did make 4H+2. With about 5 tricks to play, W claimed all the tricks, and while the claim was rejected and the hand played out, the credit for the contract was reversed. Does this explain the increase in strange claims that I've seen, and is a "defense" to this making a correct claim prior to the end of play?
