My 1st response to a Forum question, and there are field codes in this response box (hope you can read my reply). I have a friend/client who uses BBO regularly and she reported the same issue. She logged on, and her Nav tabs (People, History, Account etc.) are at the bottom now. No split screen as usual. She says her setting do indicate a split screen being "on". Have you solved your issue? What did you do to fix it, if so? thanks....Rich
