The solution to problems with Video Chat is to allow the Director control, Director should be able to mute screens if a lot of background noise. Players don't mute themselves while playing, this should be a automatic, as soon as the cards are dealt, all should be muted. Director having joined a table should be able to self mute also if phone rings, dog barks etc.... Also need to be able to REMOVE the video by editing the tournament as one could with the voice option. Will not use it again until some of these items are implemented and it is way too expensive, a $6 per player tournament ends up paying BBO approx $2.50, then sanction fees of .25 to ACBL leaving $3.25 per player to pay directors and cover rent.... ridiculous ratio of expense to profit... wait.... there no longer is a profit if adding video

Just started happening, beginning of March,not months. Doesn't happen on Microsoft edge nor Firefox, just GOOGLE.... NOT GOOD NEWS

GOOGLE is my Nemesis! every time BBO runs an upgrade I have problems with the site on GOOGLE. First, as a director I was able to shorten tables list, now can't. All copy user name and other options previously opening on main screen now open below the screen, NO don't tell me to hit CTRL- it just makes type smaller leaves the size of the window the same so doesn't solve anything, NOW yesterday my screen went from normal, tabs on the right, able to play and see history... to tabs at the bottom, chat on the sisde, have to leave the playing field to see history....acting like an Ipad.... changed to remove split screen, added split screen.... nothing works AGGGGGHHHHHHH can anyone help???
