When a game is first started, it is only necessary to click once on a player's profile to get the needed info. Whenever, a new player signs in to the game, it is necessary to double-click or triple-click to get the info. I don't see the purpose of having to click more than once. It's not a big time waster, but I wish that one only had to click once at any point in a game. It is annoying.

Why is it necessary to sometimes click or double-click on "Show Profile" to find out the profile information for your partner or opponent? It seems to me that serves no purpose. Just simply click on the person once to get their profile info.

I have tried to change my profile several times, but it won't change. I have gone to Account and my profile appears, but I can't change anything other than my Skill Level of playing and what country I am from. The wording of how I play won't change. What do I need to do?
