Is there another scoring method other than IMP available on BBO? What is Total Points?

When playing Casual Bridge, starting a table I would like to use rubber bridge scoring. When I click on "scoring" the drop down menu does not specify rubber scoring. Why when playing am I getting locked out? I have had to LOG Out, then LOG ON to have the hostess admit me. Please advise. Mary Jane 3/7/2021
