    Same problem. But it has existed for several months. Went to Apple "genius bar" but they could not help. How many others have this same problem?. Meaning the identical error message.

    I do not get an alert box on my windows 10 PC. Others complain about the alert box disappearing after the first bid. It appears the software has a bug. Comments?
