We are novices, and are frustrated by being timed out and robot coming in to play both during bidding and play. Whilst we understand it is good practice to bid and play within certain timeframes, we would like to extend these periods if possible?

As novices we have completed a nr of Relaxed games, and we are a little baffled by the scoring in the We/They columns. Despite making contracts bid for the points allocated appear confusing. Partners score more points despite losing the contract to the hand bid????? Is there somewhere we can establish where, and how the points apply? Thank you.Apologies if this has been asked before. On behalf of a few friends who are all beginners, we are hoping that there is a way to freeze hands after we have played a casual game, so we can analyse the outcome to understqnd more. Currently it is frustrating to see the hand disappear as the new deal arrives, with a time pressure to bid the next hand. Any advice would be most welcome.
