typo in topic--- it is 4.3.8 I found that checking the "remember filter" box in the profile seems to fix the problem with remembering more of my settings. I am guessing that updating to the new version caused the box to become unchecked or that some of my settings were re-initialized.

I can adjust various display settings and many of them "stick" but unchecking "show full tables" only seems to last for the current session. Similarly, I now get a greeting bubble whenever a friend logs into BBO and I do not see how to turn that off.
