Hello everyone, I'm directing tournaments that are recognized by the french federation (FFB) that you can join for 3BB$ Today, i launched it as usual, but it was impossible to play, (deconnections, slow plays, bugs) I cancelled it at the second round. (out of 9) My question now : the players will they be reimboursed automatically ? Is there a procedure to follow ? Thanks a lot
