    We played a hand with bidding p, 2D, p, 2H, p,p,p. ACBL2 claims that the 2H should have been alerted. 10 other tbles bid the same contract, making. The ACBL2 director reduced our score w/o justification saying we should alert. Is there any higher authority that we can apply to?
