The issue we have playing as a virtual club on ACBL event on your BBO website is that when a player loses connection a robot steps in, and more often than not skews the scoring, so that one side is disadvantaged, because: 1. The robot was not part of the bidding sequence 2. The robot comes in half-way through the play. 3. The robot is not aware of your conventions or Carding 4 Or the robot is not of the same standard. So my question to you , is there a way the Director can "average the sores" if he sees that the introduction of a Robot has caused a scoring imbalance?
