hi, since last week we are having this issue all the time, BBO disconnects and reconnects every few minutes. We are seeing a lot of people with the same issue. Actually, I came to the forum to check if it was just an issue in my country but I see now that it happens in other places as well. I think it is a BBO issue. It started when they put back the pictures to the profiles

hi, here I am again. I tried the kibitzers tab, but it only allows me to see the ones on my table. My question was more general, from a director perspective if I would want to check who is observing any table from the tournament I direct. Is that possible?

Is there an issue or a change with the Tournament Description? Whatever I include there, gets wiped out. I could only include the +allavail+ command, but not the actual description I usually include

thanks Diana :-) We play within our club members and sometimes subs come in when a player has connection issues. But then they want to be reseated once their connection is restored. So I was thinking that an automatic reseat option can be available, and known by subs also, of course, as part of the tournament characteristics

hi, is there an option to have players who have been disconnected to automatically recover their seats when they are back on-line? The guide for directors in https://blog.bridgebase.com/2020/04/02/the-virtual-club-manager-manual/ says that "Players who are disconnected will be automatically placed back on their seat at the end of the board in progress if they come back online and the tourney is still in progress". But, in my experience as a director, that does not happen and the director needs to go through all the reseating process. And being a volunteer and playing director, this situation is less than ideal thanks!

Hi, I have seen that there is the option to create individual tournaments. Can someone let me know how they work? Recommendations about how to create them? Do pairs change during the tournament so that it ends with an individual winner? I guess it’s better to have individual tournaments with a small number of players. Is there a recommended number of rounds per number of players?
