Hi, Several times when playing with friends at a casual table the software will kick one player out of the game if s/he takes too long to respond. This is a problem when playing with beginners who can be a little slow....is there a way to increase the time allowed before a player is kicked out of the game, or even to turn off this feature? I appreciate any guidance you can offer! Thanks very much
