Hi all In the previous versions of BBO , I was able to block chat from disagreeable players through the ignore list, but I have noticed that the chat keeps coming from them. Is there a way I can toggle that? This evening I had the displeasure of sending at least 4 abuse reports to BBO concerning a player. It would be much simpler to just block chat from him, and I would not even know harassment existed. It is not a joke, the harassment is horrendous, Years ago there was a player who harassed many and would get multiple aliases and computers to go on, but, as many user names as he acquired, that is as many I could block. My suggestion is that this feature be brought back. Thanks.

Since the pandemic, free games were filling up too fast. Sometimes, if you sign up 30 minutes or more in advance, you find that casual partner gone. So I started setting games for people like me who did not have 40 minutes to wait, and I usually get 15 to 18 tables. These are random players and my games are open to all. It is economically unlikely that I would pay to host games. Also many players around the world simply cannot afford paid games, even more so since the rise in unemployment since the pandemic. Likewise volunteer directors would be in the same position.

I registered for a game this pm and git an error. The new conditions start July 1st.

I do not object to the conditions set for the month of July, as the few games I run already comply with those conditions. Many membership websites offer restricted services at no cost and sometimes I upgrade when I realize the cost is worth the usefulness of the service. I feel people were abusing the system by setting multiple games to avoid the limits and also were making unflattering comments concerning BBO. After all they have been enjoying free games for 20 years. I hope to be able to continue to offer free games, even if small, even if one per day or one per week. Which is what I stated to BBO I would do years ago. I hope to be able to continue to play free games as well. I could not possibly pay to play on a daily basis. Currency Exchange is deadly.
