Automatic disconnect notices are only sent to the Host (main director). Other directors need to keep the table view up and check it for 'red' names. That's how it works in my experience.

I tried Voice in a Virtual tournament tonight 26/11/20 and the result is that this appears far from a finished product - hence the lack of instructions? A number tried the function and most were logged off each time they tried. Some got a valid result once or twice. Will now wait until BBO get this working. Jim

We had a Virtual tournament with 33 pairs. One pair is a human and a robot. This gives us 17 tables with 2 sitouts which I would replace with robots. But at the start we only have 16 tables and the human with robot are booted off. He got a message 'not enough space -retry' or similar. I assume from BBO's seating there is no reason that he would be on the sitout table at the start or anytime. Is there a policy that drops off a pair which includes a robot in a half table situation? If so could the unfortunate player not be properly informed.?

Yes I think I have found some logic (too much free time). Though it does not matter as you are always in 'South'position. The first pair to register are N/S Second pair to register are E/W 3rd, 5th etc are N/S. Of course Entries are displayed in alphabetical order. After that the 'inviter' becomes W, 'invited' is E. Similar for N/S (I think!) Hav'nt worked out how pairs are assigned to a table at the start but after that normal Mitchel applies. I always reply to queries that 'BBO decides', after all it does not matter.
