I use a PC with windows 10 and seldom if ever have a connectivity problem with BBO but the same cannot be said for my wife and most of the large number of members I know. They use iPads, Macs, PCs] and a variety of devices both via the app and various search engines. Software is up to date. Often logging back in after a problem is easy but sometimes it is almost impossible to rejoin ones table. Occasionally it is so bad that we have to abandon a game. BBO is a superb site and I wonder if it has temporarily become a victim of its success due to the huge number of new users. Any thoughts about how or when this issue can be resolved please?
